尿道狭窄に対する内尿道切開術の経験

緒言
1975年7月より1977年12月に至る1年6カ月間にわれわれは尿道狭窄8例を経験したが，全症例にMeisonneuve internal urethrotomeを用いる内尿道切開術を行なつた。その内1例に対しては観血的に内尿道切開を施行したので，その症例報告を併せてわれわれの内尿道切開術について報告する。
Internal urethrotomy was performed in 8 cases of urethral strictures using the Meisonneuve's ure-throtome. The period of postoperative indwelling catheter drainage was 3 to 5 days in 6 cases, in which satisfactory results were obtained.
Indication for this procedure was discussed and it is our belief that internal urethrotomy should be tried in all cases of urethral strictures in which filiform bougie could be passed.
