緒言
良性脂肪腫は日常しばしば遭遇するが，後腹膜での発生は比較的稀であり本邦文献上37例の報告しか認められない。今回後腹膜脂肪腫の1例を経験したので報告する。
A 71-year-old male was admitted to our clinic with complaints of left flank distress.
A plain film of the abdomen showed a mass on the left side and left renal shadow was small and displaced upward medially. Psoas margin was obliterated.
