S状結腸癌による膀胱への影響について—自験例4例をふくむ本邦33例の集計から

INFLUENCE ON THE BLADDER FROM CARCINOMA OF THE SIGMOID COLON REVIEW OF THIRTY THREE CASES INCLUDING OUR FOUR CASES REPORTED FROM DEPARTMENT OF UROLOGY IN JAPAN

緒言

　S状結腸癌は，消化管腫瘍の中でも頻度は決して少なくない。しかし，症状の発現が割合少なく，かつ特異性を欠くため診断が困難なことが多い。一部には膀胱症状が先行し泌尿器科を受診しそこから逆に診断される場合もみられる、そこで今回著者らは泌尿器科側よりみたS状腸癌の膀胱浸潤をふくむ膀胱への影響について自験例をふくめ文献上，泌尿器科より報告された本邦33例について集計し，本症の泌尿器科領域における問題点について検討を加えた。

Thirty three cases including our 4 cases with affected bladder from carcinoma of the sigmoid colon reported from urology in Japan were statistically reviewed and discussed from the standpoints of clinical and histopathological findings.

(1) The average age of the patients was 55.4, the oldest being 74 and the youngest being 24 years of age. They were 25 males and 8 females. This sex-difference could be attributed to the existence of the organs such as the uterus, the tubes, the ovaries and the broad ligaments in female which prevents the bladder from direct contact to the colon.
