泌尿器科領域における全身用コンピュータ断層撮影装置の使用経験

CASE REPORT OF RENAL DISEASES PROVED COMPUTED TOMOGRAPHY

緒言

　上部尿路疾患の診断は，従来触診，IVP,DIP，RP，腎シンチ，大動脈撮影，後腹膜気体撮影などの方法でなされている。もちろん上記方法は各種診断法の基本であり，その重要性はいうまでもない。われわれは近年急速に発展したComputedTomograpy（以下CTと略）を上部尿路疾患に施行し，その臨床的価値について若干の知見を得たので報告する。

Recently, Computed Tomography (CT) is playing an important role in the diagnosis of many diseases.

Three male patients, ranging from 46 to 56 years of age, with essential renal bleeding, bilateral hypofunctional multiple renal cysts and bilateral renal calculi were studied by CT and some valuable infor-mations were obtained which had not been demonstrated by pyclography.
