　23歳女性，初診1985年9月12日，血尿を主訴として当科受診，腹部超音波，CT,DIP，腎動脈撮影より右腎腫瘍と診断し，10月14日腎動脈塞栓術を施行し，10月18日経腹的右腎摘出術を施行した。腎被膜周囲組織への浸潤はなくstageIであつた。割面は赤〜灰白色の実質部分と多数の嚢胞とからなり，組織型はWilms腫瘍腎芽型大巣亜型であつた。術後化学療法を施行し現在再発はみられていない。

Wilms' tumor is the most common renal tumor of childhood. But adult Wilms' tumor is very rare. We report a case of adult Wilms' tumor, which we think, is the 60 th case in our country. The patient, a 23 years old woman was referred to Chiba National Hospital with macrohematuria in Sep-tember 1985. DIP and Echogram showed a large intrarenal mass in the right kidney. Selective renal angiography showed an hypovascular space occupying lesion of right kidney with pathologic vascularities.
