はじめに
陰嚢動静脈瘻は過去10年間に1例も報告されておらず，非常に稀な疾患である。今回，われわれは先天性陰嚢動静脈瘻の1症例を経験したのでこれを報告し，若干の文献的考察を加えたい。
A-30-year-old man visited our hospital, because of left scrotal tumor. Physical examination revealed a dark red, 4×2.5cm pulsatile tumor in left scrotal region. An external iliac arteriogram revealed an arteriovenous fistula arising from left pudendal artery. The lesion was totaly excised preserving the testis and the spermatic cord. Pathological diagnosis was A-V malformation of the scrotum. Postopera-tive arteriogram revealed no evidence of residual fistula.
