精索血腫の1例

A CASE OF SPERMATIC CORD HEMATOMA

I．緒言

　陰嚢内に発生する血腫は泌尿器科領域に於てしばしば見られる疾患であるが，本邦では陰嚢血腫，陰嚢血瘤，睾丸血腫，睾丸血瘤，黄膜外血腫泰膜内血腫等種々の名称が用いられ，しかもその意味する所は必ずしも一定して居ない。

　欧米ではHematomaとHematoceleに分けているが，本邦ではHematoceleを高橋らは莢膜内血腫，市川は陰嚢血瘤，落合は陰嚢血腫といつている^2）3）4）。

Intrascrotal hematoma on the urological area is not an unusual disease so much. Many cases are caused by trauma, especially of youth and manhood.

I reported a case of spermatic cord hema-toma of a thirty-eight-years-old man whose disease was caused by strong pressure to the perineum for the sake of sudden stop of his motor-cycle.

And the author did a consideration as to the past literature.
