後腹膜脂肪肉腫の3例

RETROPERITONEAL LIPOSARCOMA:REPORT OF THREE CASES

緒言

　悪性の後腹膜腫瘍は発育速度が速く，その発生部位が深部で比較的に粗な結合織の中であるため，症状の発現が遅く早期診断が困難な，予後の不良な疾患である。本邦における報告例は最近増加の傾向がみられるが，病理診断の向上によるものと考えられる。

　私達は，最近の5年間に3例の原発性後腹膜脂肪肉腫を経験したので，若干の文献的考察を加えて報告した。

We have experienced 3 cases of retroperitoneal liposarcoma during the past 5 years.

The first case was a 40 year-old male with a chief complain of abdominal enlargment. A mass, which was an adult-head in size, was palpated in the left flank and ascitcs was marked. Because angio-gram showed pooling of vertebral arteries, malignant tumor was suspected. Unfortunately, he died 12 days after admission. Histological diagnosis was well-differentiated lipoblastic liposarcoma.
