外傷により発見された水腎症の2例

CONGENITAL HYDRONEPHROSIS REVEALED BY RENAL TRAUMA

緒言

　腹部外傷中に占める腎外傷の頻度は高い。特に病的腎に及ぼす外力はたとえ軽微であつても容易に腎損傷の発症をみるに至り，かつ症状は重篤となるため，その診断はより一層重要となる。われわれは最近2例の水腎症に合併した腎外傷を経験したので，若干の考察を加え報告する。

Two cases of congenital hydronephrosis discovered of by renal trauma were reported. The first case was a 10 year-old boy who was admitted for macrohematuria and left flank pain after abdominal trauma. X ray examination showed only left hydronephrosis. The second case was a 15 year old girl complaining macrohematuria after abdominal trauma. Intravenous pyelography showed no visualization of the left kidney. Surgical exploration and pathological examination of both cases revealed hydrone-phrosis due to congenital stricture of ureteropelvic junction.
