緒言
X線写真で腎に石灰化像をみることはわれわれ泌尿器科医は日常診療上しばしば経験することであるが，腎に異所性骨形成をみる症例に遭遇することは稀である。最近われわれは発育不全腎に見られた異所性骨形成を経験したため若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。
A case of ectopic osteogenesis of the cystic wall in a hypoplastic right kidney of a 46 year old house wife, was reported. 26 cases of ectopic osteogenesis of the kidney were collected from the Japanese literature and some clinical studies were done. The mechanism of ectopic osteogenesis in the kidney was discussed after reviewing the literature.
