尿膜管癌の1剖検例

AN AUTOPSY CASE OF URACHAL CARCINOMA

緒言

　尿膜管癌は比較的まれな疾患といわれてきたが，近年その報告例も増し100例を越している。しかし，これらの報告例は尿膜管癌と診断し，これを剔出した時点での報告が多く，術後の臨床経過を述べたものはほとんどない。われわれは今回，尿膜管癌を手術し約3年間のfollow upを行ない，肺および縦隔に転移を来して死亡した症例を経験した。その臨床経過，剖検所見につき述べ，若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。

A case of urachal carcinoma in a 55 year old male was reported. Patient first visited our clinic on April 28, 1969 with the chief complaint of hematuria. Cystoscopic examination revealed a broad basic tumor of a thumb tip size at the dome of the bladder, which strongly suggested urachal tumor, and partial resection of the bladder was done on May 9, 1969.

The infiltration of the tumor was noticed in all layers of the bladder wall with adhesion between the peritoneum.
