両側腎盂尿管白斑症の1例

LEUKOPLAKIA OF BILATERAL RENAL PELVIS AND URETER:A CASE REPORT

緒言

　腎盂尿管白斑症は現在までに多数の報告がみられるが，多くは片側性であり，両側に発生した症例は本邦では新島ら（1972）^1）の1例のみと考えられる。われわれも最近両側腎盂尿管白斑症を経験したので若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。

A case of leukoplakia of bilateral renal pelvis and ureter in a 54 year old house wife was reported. Patient was referred to our clinic on January 23, 1974, complaining left flank pain and several episodes of low grade fever for the last 3 months. Urological examinations revealed no abnormality on plain film but left hydronephrosis was noticed oy intravenots pyelography and stricture at midportion of left ureter was outlined by retrograde pyelography. Nephrouret.,irectomy, instead of planned left ure-teroplasty was performed, due to extensive ureteral stricture and hydronephrosis than expected preoperati-vely.
