尿閉および両側水腎症を伴つた膀胱子宮脱の1例

A CASE OF VESICO-UTERINE PROLAPS WITH BILATERAL HYDRONEPHROSIS COMPLAINING URINARY RETENTION

緒言

　子宮脱は婦人科外来患者の0.06〜0.3％に，婦人科入院患者の0.59〜1.27％にみられるといわれ比較的多い疾患である^1）。しかし，その泌尿器科的合併症に対する検討は案外少ないようである。

　われわれは最近，尿閉と両側水腎症を伴つた著明な膀胱子宮脱の1例を経験したので報告する。

A case of vesico-uterine prolaps with bilateral hydronephrosis complaining urinary retention in a 75 year old house wife was reported.

Uterine prolaps was noticed for 20 years but was not treated from shame. The patient visited our clinic on February 26, 1974 complaining urinary retention and was admitted for urinary retention caused by total uterine prolaps. IVP done after admission, showed bilateral hydronephrosis with remarkable bladder prolaps. The Le Fort operation was done on March 15, 1974. IVP done 3 weeks after surgery showed no hydronephrosis nor vesical prolaps.
