抗癌剤による腹膜灌流が奏効した末期女子尿道癌の1例

EFFECTIVE TREATMENT BY PERITONEAL PERFUSION WITH ANTI-TUMOR AGENT FOR TERMINAL CASE OF FEMALE URETHRAL CARCINOMA

緒言

　泌尿器科領域において癌性腹膜炎患者を経験することは比較的稀と思われる。また，このような末期癌患者は，一般に顧みられない傾向にあり，その治療法も，腹水の排液，輸液，輸血，利尿剤の投与などの姑息的対症療法の他，せいぜい抗癌剤の全身投与などにとどまることが多い。

　今回，われわれは，入院時すでに癌性腹膜炎および多発性の肺転移をきたしていた末期女子尿道癌患者に対し，1つの積極的治療法として，抗癌剤による腹膜潅流を試み，著効を得たので報告する。

Not many cases with carcinomatous peritonitis are seen in the field of urology, and not much could be done for these terminal cancer patients. The treatment for these cases are usually palliative.

A terminal case of female urethral carcinoma, in a 42 years old house wife, complicated with carcinomatous peritonitis and multiple pulmonary metastases, was effectively treated by peritoneal perfusion with anti-tumor agent obtaining good results, was reported.
