Ⅰ．はじめに
原発性女子尿道癌は比較的まれな疾患であるが，我々もその1例を経験したので合せて本邦の統計的観察をも試みたい。
Primary cancer of the urethra is a rather rare disease. We have experienced a case which occu-rred in a 57 years old female with the chief complaints of dysuria, hematuria and feeling of recidual urine. Preoperatively, a thumb sized tumor was palpated by vaginal examination and stricture of the urethra was noticed by X-ray examination, surgery was done under the diagnosis of urethral tumor.
