尿管閉塞による無尿について

ANURIA DUE TO URETERAL OBSTRUCTION

はじめに

　泌尿器科における無尿症の頻度はそれほど高いものではない。しかし，その主たる原因が尿管閉塞にあることが一つの特徴であろう。そしてこの種の無尿症は尿排泄については予後は良好であるものの，原疾患に悪性腫瘍の多い点では予後は芳しくない。ここにわれわれの経験した症例を集めてその概要を述べ，2〜3の検討を加えたいと思う。

Twenty five cases of postrenal anuria, experienced in the last 12 years and 6 months were studied.

A high incidence was noticed among the female and most of them or 19 cases were caused by malignancy.

Anuria should be treated within 4 days and the prognosis turns extremely poor among those treated after 7 days or later.

No treatment was done for the primary lesion in more than half of the cases from malignancy.Radiation for cancer of uterus was done in all cases with treatment of primary lesion and not few cases became anuric very soon after radiation.
