はじめに
セルディンガー法1）による腎動脈撮影および骨盤動脈撮影は泌尿器科におけるroutineの検査法として広く行なわれている。この方法はドス・サントス法のように全身麻酔を必要とせず経皮的に行ない得て非常に有用であるが，その操作が比較的煩雑である。われわれはセルディンガー法を簡易化した1法を考案し，臨床的に応用し所期の目的を達したので，ここにその術式を紹介する。
A special needle in order to simplify the Seldinger method for renal angiography, was reported. The inner tube is a 17 gauge stainless steel needle covered with a tephlon outer tube about 40 cm long. The femoral artery is punctured with this needle and as the needle is inserted in the artery, the inner tube is removed and the outer tube is passed up to the aorta as high as required.
This method was applied in 65 cases for renal arteriography and 8 cases for pelvic angiography, with satisfaction. No side effects were noticed.
