腎癌の耳鼻咽喉科領域（耳下腺，鼻腔，舌，歯肉）への転移症例

THREE CASES OF HYPERNEPHROMA METASTASES IN THE OTORHINOPHARYNGOLARYNGIAL REGION (PAROTID GLAND, NASAL CAVITY, TONGUE AND GINGIVA)

緒言

　腎癌（renal cell carcinoma）は全身のあらゆる臓器，組織へ転移する癌として知られているが，耳鼻科領域への転移はかなり稀であると言われており，事実欧米で53例，本邦ではわずか7例の報告しか見当らない。そしてこれらの報告の多くは，きわめて稀であるという理由で報告されている。しかし，著者らは腎癌の耳鼻科領域へ転移した症例を相ついで3例，4部位に経験し，耳鼻科領域への転移はそれほど稀ではないという印象をもつたのでここに報告し，腎癌の転移しやすい部位の1つとして認識する必要を述べたい。

Renal cell carcinoma metastasizing to the ear, nose and throat (ENT) area is considered rare and only 53 cases are reported in Europe and America, and 7 cases in Japan. We have developed an impression that it may not be as rare as it is considered, after experiencing 3 cases (4 location) with metastatic lesion in the ENT area. Our statistical studies on 124 cases of renal carcinoma 5 cases (4%) showed metastatic lesion to the ENT area which was almost equivalent to the incidence to brain metastasis, gives the impression that ENT area should be considered as one of the favorite metastatic area of renal carcinoma.
