男子尿道撮影法の検討—第2報 手技について

EXAMINATION OF MALE URETHROGRAPHY: (Ⅱ) ON THE TECHNIQUE

緒言

　男子尿道撮影法の検討にあたり，まずその実状を知るため，造影剤，注入量，注入器，手のレ線防護についてアンケートによる集計を行ない，第1報として報告したが，今回は実際の手技について私見をのべたい。

The contrast media must be water soluble, high viscosity and nonirritable. 76% Urografin 20ml mixed with Xylocain jelly 20ml seems to be satisfactory and 60% Urografin seems to give the same results. The lubricant jelly to be mixed with the high concentrated iodine water soluble contrast media, seems to be the most important factor. The ideal ratio of mixture seems to be one to one. The amount of 30ml seems not enough and 50ml seems to be excessive and the ideal amount to be instilled seems to be 40ml.
