いわゆるHypernephroid Tumorの2例

SO-CALLED HYPERNEPHROID TUMOR: REPORT OF TWO CASES

緒言

　組織学的に良性とするかまたは悪性とするか判定に困難を来たすような腎実質腫瘍の報告例をかなり以前から散見するが，今回われわれも腎腺腫と診断しながらも細胞に悪性変化を思わしめる像があるものと，悪性腫瘍ではあるが一部腺腫様構造を示す例を報告し，更に文献的考察も若干加えた。

Several reports of renal parenchymal tumors that are rather difficult to decide whether it is mali-gnant or banign by histlogical studies, in the literature. A case of renal adenoma with histological findings not being able to deny its malignancy and another case with the histological findings similar to adenoma but still being malignant tumor were reported and discussed.
