尿道脱の7例

A REPORT ON 7 CASES OF PROLAPSE OF URETHRA

緒言

　尿道脱とは，外尿道口より尿道粘膜の外飜脱出した状態で，女子のみにみられ，小児および高齢者に頻度が高いとされている。その脱出程度により，輪状尿道脱と部分尿道脱とに区別する。最近われわれは尿道脱の7例を相次いで経験したのでいささか私見を加えて報告する。

Prolapse of the urethra is the eversion of the mucous membrane of the urethra through the external urethral orifice, especially seen among the female, mostly in early childhood and old aged but most often among the infant. The age of our 7 cases were, 22, 58, 60, 69, 70, 78 and 80 respectively and were the ring type and partiale prolaps of the urethra. There are no set theory on its etiology but weakness of the periurethral or submucosal tissue, seems to be the cause.
