後腹膜腫瘍を疑わせた大腰筋内顆粒細胞性筋芽細胞腫（Granular Cell Myoblastoma）の1例

A CASE OF GRANULAR CELL MYOBLASTOMA IN M. PSOAS MAJOR, SUSPECTED TO BE RETROPERITONEAL TUMOR

緒言

　いわゆる顆粒細胞性筋芽細胞腫granular cellmyoblastoma（以下G．C．M．と略称）はAbrikos-soff任（1926）^1）が5例を報告しmyoblasten myomaと名づけたのが最初である。その後欧米では550例以上^2），本邦では50数例の報告が見られるが，現在その組織発生に関して定説がなく筋原説^1,12），神経原説^7,10），組織球説，線維芽細胞説^5），間葉系細胞説^19）），多元説^18）などの諸説が組織培養あるいは電顕などの研究により発表されてきた。

　われわれはその発生部位が比較的珍らしく，また本邦報告の良性例では最大と思われる本腫瘍を経験したので報告し，合わせて若干の文献的考察を行ないたい。

An 18 year-old, unmarried female visited our clinic with the chief complaint of fever and left flank pain. Various examination, after admission, such as I.V.P., P.R.P. and angiography suspected the diag-nosis of retroperitoneal tumor and then operation was performed. A semicircular hen-egg-sized tumor projecting from the psoas muscle at the height of the third lumbar spine was noticed during surgery and removed. The tumor weighed 30g, sized 4×4×4. 9cm and the pathological diagnosis was granular cell myoblastoma.
