空置回腸を利用した尿路形成術の検討—第Ⅲ編 腎機能と尿中細菌

STUDY ON USE OF ISOLATED SEGMENT OF ILEUM IN UROLOGICAL PLASTIC OPERATION:Ⅲ. RENAL FUNCTION AND URINARY BACTERIA

はじめに

　著者らは33例の空置回腸を利用した尿路形成術について，第Ⅰ編^2）として臨床経過を中心に術式の検討などについて，第Ⅱ編^3）には尿路に利用した回腸より，尿中電解質の吸収と血中電解質の変動について報告した。

　本稿においてこれらの症例の一部に対して，種々の腎機能検査を行なつたので，この点について検討した結果を述べる。

Various renal function tests, commonly used, were done on patients who underwent urinary plastic operation by ileal segment to study the best method for outlining renal function and some bacteriological studies were done at the same tims.

PSP test, I.V.P., and clearance test seems to outline renal function in details and renogram and renal scintigram shows normal findings in those cases who underwent cystoplasty using the ileum but concentration test showed low value. This, as explained in Part Ⅱ, seems to be from the urine with concentrated electrolytes, was absorbed from the ileum wall.
