腎動脈瘤の1手術治験例

ANEURYSM OF THE RENAL ARTERY: A CASE REPORT

緒言

　腎動脈瘤は，従来まれな疾患と考えられていたが，最近腎疾患一般，特に腎腫瘍・腎性高血圧に対する診断法として血管撮影が行なわれるようになり，腎動脈疾患の発見が容易となつた。その中で腎動脈瘤の臨床報告は次第に増加してすでに300例を超えている。本邦においては，1961年勝目の第1例以来自験例を含めて24例を数えている。

　われわれは，背部痛を主訴とする27歳女子にみられた嚢状動脈瘤の1例を経験したので，症例を報告するとともに，若干の文献的考察を行なつた。

A case of succular type aneurysm of the left renal artery in a 27 year-old, house wife, who visited our clinic with the chief complaint of back pain, was reported. Chief complaint was first noticed in February 1969 and under went surgery for left ovarien cyst, without relief. Patient's first visit to our clinic was on June 4, 1970 and left renal cyst was suggested by I.V.P..

Physical examination, including blood pressure were within normal limits. Various blood tests and electrolytes showed nothing significant. Urinalysis was normal and two urinary cytology tests were negative.
