女子尿道下裂症例

HYPOSPADIAS IN THE FEMALE: REPORT OF A CASE

緒言

　文献上女子の尿道下裂に関する記載はきわめて少ない。本症は尿道が正常の位置より中枢側の腟前壁に斜めに開口している奇形であるが，その臨床的意義は当然男子の場合とは箸しく異なる。われわれは最近，生来の排尿異常・尿失禁および排尿困難を主訴として来院した女子尿道下裂の1例を経験したので，以下報告するとともに本奇形について若干の考察を試みた。

A 3-year-old girl was admitted to our clinic complaining urinary incontinence and dysuria since birth. The urethral meatus couldn't be found at the vestibulum vaginae. Colposcopy with a rhinoscope and catheterisation of vagina revealed a narrow vaginal introitus and a urethral meatus opening at anterior wall. Meatal stenosis was absent and musculature of urethrovaginal septum seemed thick enough to hold urine.

Dysuria was mainly due to obstructive introitus and the urine, which poured into the vaginal cavity and retained there. dribbled out later in the form of urinary incontinence.
