腎動脈狭窄および腎内外動脈瘤を伴つた高血圧症の1例

A CASE OF HYPERTENSION ASSOCIATED WITH A CONSTRICTION OF RENAL ARTERY AND INTRA-AND-EXTRA RENAL ANEURYSMA

緒言

　腎血管性病変に起因する疾患は，近来種々の検査法，ことに大動脈撮影法の普及とともに，その報告例が増加している。

　最近，著者らは，若年性高血圧を主訴とし，左腎動脈の狭窄とともに，異常に発達した副血行路に紡錘形動脈瘤を認め，さらに，多発性腎内動脈瘤を伴う症例を得たので，若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。

A 24 years old male visited our clinic with the chief complaint of hypertension. Excretory pyelogram revealed multiple irregular of the extrarenal pelvis to the upper part of the ureter strangulation or the so-called scalloping findings and transfemoral aortogram showed stricture of the left renal artery, abnor-mally developed aberrant blood vessel with aneurysm. Left nephrectomy was performed and not only the preoperative x-ray findings were approved but multiple aneurysm of the blood vessel within the removed kidney were found. The blood pressure has been normal for 2 years after surgery.
