女性仮性半陰陽の2例

TWO CASES OF FEMALE HERMAPHRODITISM

Ⅰ．緒言

　男性仮性半陰陽にくらべて，女性仮性半陰陽は比較的まれであり，とくに母体にホルモン産生性腫瘍のあつた場合の子供と，副腎皮質機能亢進のある例を除くと，本邦では50例位しか報告がない。その多くは患者が母胎内にある時期，ことに2〜4か月の母体になんらかの理由で黄体ホルモン製剤が使用された例である。

　われわれは最近，性腺と性染色体は女性で外性器は陰核肥大，陰唇癒合があつて男性を思わせた2症例を経験したので報告する。なお両症例とも患者妊娠中の母体に流産防止の目的で黄体ホルモン製剤の投与が行なわれた既往がある。

Two cases of female hermaphroditism, one in a 6 years old socialy male and another in a 5 years old socialy female, with the chief complaint of malformation of the external genitalia, was reported. Progesterone was administered to prevent miscarrage while the mother was pregnant in both cases.

Thirty eight cases of female hermaphroditism with the history of administration of some type of hormone during the mothers pregnancy, were collected from the Japanese literature and discussed.
