腎ブルセラ症

RENAL BLUCELLOSIS

Ⅰ．緒言

　本邦における人のブルセラ症は比較的まれな疾患であり，とくに尿路系にブルセラ病変を呈する症例はまだ発表されていないようである。われわれは今回長期にわたる定型的波状熱をくり返えす本症の1例で合併した腎病変を手術する機会をえたので報告する。

Case is a 43 years old male, with the chief complaint of fever, who first visited our clinic on May 13, 1967. The fever, which cause unknown, started in June 1966 and was noticed periodically, twice a month. After visiting our clinic for kidney function test on May 13, 1967, patient was admitted for reevaluation of progressive change of the left kidney and fever was noticed periodically, twice a month even after admission. Urine and arterial blood culture during the fever attack, were negative for brucelleae.
