腎腺腫症例

CASE REPORT OF RENAL ADENOMA

Ⅰ．緒言

　腎腺腫はそのほとんどが剖検時に発見され，臨床例，ことに外科的治療例はなおまれなものである。我々は2例の腎腺腫症例を経験したので，それらの症例を紹介するとともに，若干の文献的考察を加え追加する。なお，症例第2は腎部分剔除術により腺腫のみを剔除した本邦第1例目にあたり，術後約10年を経過した今日全く異常なく経過しているものである。

Two cases of renal adenoma were reported and statistical studies, on the 27 cases collected from the Japanese literature after the report by Nakagawa and Omichi in 1928 up to 1968, were done.

Case 1 is a 72 years old male, who died of uremia secondary to prostatic hypertrophy, was suspected of right renal tumor when he was still alive. A right renal and bilateral adrenal tumor was discovered by autopsy. Histological findings showed the mixed type of honeycomb and tubular, and was suspected to be from the accessory adrenal tissue. This case was the eldest case with renal adcnoma in Japan.
