Ⅰ．緒言
交叉性腎変位は比較的まれな先天性腎奇形で，腎が融合ないし非融合性に反対側に変位するものである。
本症はPanarolus （1645）によつて最初に報告されたといわれている。
A case of crossed renal ectopia with fusion in a male, aged 29, clinically not suspected and radiologically proved, with the left kidney being misplaced to the right is reported.
Crossed renal ectopia is a relatively rare renal anomaly.
The authors have collected 48 cases reported prior including one personal case.
