特発性睾丸梗塞症・乳児にみられた睾丸壊死の1例

IDIOPATIC TESTIS INFARCT･A Case Report of Testis Infarct in the Infant

Ⅰ．緒言

　睾丸壊死あるいは梗塞のうち，原因のはつきりしている睾丸回転症もしくは精索捻転症は，明治38年，山村の第1例以来現在まで，約200例の多きを数えており，もはや稀有なる疾患とは言い難くなつた感がある。これに較べ，その原因が判然としないいわゆる特発性睾丸梗塞症は，同様の疾患にも拘らず，全く別個のものとしてその統計的考察がなされており，しかもその数は梶谷（1935）^8）以来現在まで35例を算するに過ぎず，欧米においてもVolkmann　（1887）以来数十例のみであつて，まだまだ稀な疾患の1つに数えられよう。

　われわれも最近，原因を捻転等に求められ得ない，生後11カ月の乳児の停留した睾丸に発症した症例を経験したので，その症例を報告し，併せて簡単なる統計的考察を試みた。

Almost 200 cases of torsion of testicle or torsion of spermatic cord are reported but of them only 36 cases are of unknown cause or the so-called idiopathic infarct of the testicle.

Our case occurred in an 11 months old infant's undescended left testicle at the inguinal region. On January 27, 1966 the patient was brought to our clinic with the chief complaint of a painful tumor at the left inguinal region which started on January 23, and orhiectomy was performed on the 10th day following.
