Ⅰ．緒言
膀胱憩室の合併症としては感染や結石がその主たるものであるが，憩室に腫瘍を発生することは比較的稀とされてきた。
最近我々は術前に膀胱憩室腫瘍を疑い術後これを確認した例を経験したので，ここにこの症例を報告し若干の文献的考察を試みた。
A case of primary carcinoma of diverticulum of the bladder in a 65 years old male complaining gross hematuria, was reported. Retrograde cystogram revealed filling defect of diverticulum at the right side of the bladder but the interior could not be visualized cystoscopically. Diverticulectomy was performed and a small papillary tumor was found within the diverticulum. Transitional cell carcinoma without in-filtration through the wall of the diverticulum was confirmed by microscopic examination.
