　症例は84歳，女性。不正性器出血を訴えて婦人科を受診したところ，尿閉になっていた。CT，MRIで尿道周囲を取り囲む腫瘍を認め，紹介され受診した。血清癌胎児性抗原（CEA）の上昇を認め，生検で尿道癌と診断した。膀胱全摘および回腸導管造設術を施行した。術後CEAは減少したが，再発とともに上昇した。術後8か月で永眠した。CEAは臨床経過とともに推移し，マーカーとして有用であった。

We present a 84-year-old female patient with advanced-stage urethral adenocarcinoma. The patient was admitted to hospital with genital hemorrhage and urinary retention. Computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging revealed urethral tumor resembling a prostate gland. High serum levels of carcinoemryonic antigen（CEA）were revealed. Total cystectomy and ileal-conduit formation was performed. Histopathological diagnosis was urethral adenocarcinoma with metastatic uterin tumor and was positive for CEA.
