We present a 84-year-old female patient with advanced-stage urethral adenocarcinoma. The patient was admitted to hospital with genital hemorrhage and urinary retention. Computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging revealed urethral tumor resembling a prostate gland. High serum levels of carcinoemryonic antigen(CEA)were revealed. Total cystectomy and ileal-conduit formation was performed. Histopathological diagnosis was urethral adenocarcinoma with metastatic uterin tumor and was positive for CEA.
