尿管瘤の4例ならびに本症の統計的観察

FOUR CASES OF URETEROCELE AND STATISTICAL OBSERVATION OF THE DISEASE

Ⅰ．緒言

　尿管瘤は1853年Lechlerが剖検で認めたのが最初であり，本邦では1923年尾形^1）の報告が第1例目である。その後内外ともに多数の症例が報告されており，本邦においては本症に対し大越^2），落合^3），土屋^4），三浦^5）等の詳細な報告がある。著者は最近完全重複腎盂兼尿管側の尿管瘤に結石を合併した症例を含む4例の本症を経験したので報告し，三浦以後の本症例につき文献的考察を行なつた。

Thirty-three cases of ureterocele including our 4 cases were collected from the Japanese literature after Miura's report in 1963, therefore the total of 152 cases has been reported in Japan.

One of the four cases was a ureterocele of unilateral complete reduplication of renal pelvis and ureter containing a stone. Such case is very rare and is the second case in the Japanese literature.

Statistical studies on age, sex, affected side, size and complications of anomalies and calculi was done.
