　膀胱憩室腫瘍は稀な疾患であり，わが国では河村^1）が26例を報告し，昭和45年までに40例に達している。最近，われわれは本症の1例を経験したので報告し，若干の文献的考察を加える。

K.O., male, aged 72, presented in Aug. 1973 with hematuria. By endoscopy two diverticula were seen on the right and left sides of the bladder without calculus and tumor but the source of hematuria was not confirmed. Vesicogram showed that the right large diverticulum occupied the pelvic cavity be-ing pressed upon the bladder. No filling defect was observed in these films.

Diverticula were excised. Postopertive lavage of the bladder was performed with Mitomycin C solution. Tumor was 2.5 cm in diameter, round disclike and was situated at the bottom of the right diverticulum.
