興味ある経過を示した小児膀胱前立腺結石の1例

A CASE OF VESICAL AND PROSTATIC CALCULI IN CHILDHOOD

Ⅰ．緒言

　近年小児泌尿器科疾患に対する認識がたかまり，この方面の研究は著しい発展をとげつつあつて，その統計的な観察も伊藤，菅原ら，児王の諸氏をはじめ多くの教室で発表されているところである。そして小児泌尿器科疾患の主流をなすものは奇形，炎症，夜尿症を含む機能障碍の3者で，結石症はLattimer　（1954）は0.6％に過ぎないと述べ，また本邦報告でも1〜2％に過ぎない。また稲田（1955）は尿石症患者の全国的実態調査を行ない，10才以下の患者は3.5％にすぎなかつたことを報告しており，尿石症患者の中でも10才以下の小児の占める割合ははなはだ少ないものであることを示している。

　著者は最近興味ある経過をたどつた5才男児の膀胱前立腺結石の1例を経験したのであるが，本邦における諸統計をみても小児における前立腺結石は皆無であり，僅かにSchonlebe　（1956）が3才男児の膀胱前立腺結石症例を報告しているに過ぎないのでここに報告する。

Urinary calculi in children are rather rare and only about 3.5% of the entire cases of urinary calculi occurs in the age below 10. The auther has observed a case of vesicoprostatic calculi in a 5 years old boy which took an interesting course and has reported it since no cases of vesicoprostatic calculi in children could be found in the Japanese literature.

A 5 years old boy with the chief complaint of pain by urination and hematuria visited our clinic and the diagnosis of vesicoprostatic calculi was made by KUB film, but was completely free of any other abnormality of the urinary system.
