症例は2歳から9歳までの男児4例。主訴はいずれも亀頭部腫瘤。当科受診時に，外尿道口部または冠状溝に乳頭状の腫瘤を認めた。4例とも亀頭包皮炎を経験し，近医にて亀頭包皮剝離術を受けていた。家族内発生や性的虐待の形跡がないことから，近医受診時の医原性感染の可能性が示唆された。ヒトパピローマウイルスの遺伝子型の同定は，補助診断ではあるが感染源の推定に有用と思われた。

Four cases of condyloma acuminatum of the penis in boys are reported. All four patients had undergone the ablation of the adhered foreskin from the glans caused by balanoposthitis at another clinic. Resection and electrical coagulation of the tumor were performed in all patients. Pathological diagnoses were condyloma acuminatum. Hybrid capture Ⅱ assay revealed low risk group of human papilloma virus（HPV）in two cases. PCR genotyping detected HPV type 6 from the others. These findings suggest that the four boys might be infected from same type of HPV and iatrogenic infection was highly suspected.
