　トイレ設置型尿流量測定装置・CES445（以下，尿流測定トイレ）は，TOTOが開発した尿流量測定システムで，便器・尿流量測定装置一体型システムであり，一般トイレ内で尿流量測定検査を施行できる。女性患者100名の尿流量測定検査を従来器と尿流測定トイレで行い，検査に対する患者の印象を調査した。

　結果は，尿流測定トイレのほうが従来器より普段と同様に排尿でき，検査・操作が簡単にできたと答えた患者が統計学的有意差をもって多かった。さらに約50％の患者が排尿をスタッフに見られることはとても気になると答えた。尿流測定トイレは，検査環境を改善し，患者QOLと検査精度を向上し，コメディカルの省力化に貢献すると考えられた。

CES445 is the uroflowmetry system in the lavatory which has both functions of toilet and uroflowmeter made by TOTO Co., Ltd. We compared the impression of use between CES445 and a usual uroflowmeter by a questionnaire for 100 female outpatients after uroflowmetry. CES445 users were able to void normally and take examinations with more ease than the users of the usual uroflowmeter significantly. 25％ of patients complained to feel like doing defecation and 50％ of patients were nervous about the eyes of medical staffs during examinations. CES445 contributes to the improvement in the patient's QOL during uroflowmetry and the accuracy of the data as well as labor saving.
