10年かけて増大した精巣類表皮囊胞

Epidermoid cyst of the testis grown for 10 years：A case report

　症例は60歳代，男性。排尿困難を主訴に受診したが，その際に左陰囊内腫瘤を指摘された。腫瘤は10年前から気づいていたが放置しており，徐々に増大してきた。エコー上，内部はheterogenousで腫瘤辺縁に一部血流を認めた。精巣悪性腫瘍を否定できなかったため，高位精巣摘除術を施行した。病理診断の結果は精巣類表皮囊胞であった。精巣類表皮囊胞として精巣全体を占めるものは比較的稀であり，本邦報告例としては10例目に相当した。

　A 61-year-old man came to our hospital with the complaint of weak urinary stream. He was incidentally pointed out to have a painless mass in the left scrotum. He had had the mass for 10 years. Ultrasonography revealed a 6.0cm heterogeneous mass. Tumor marker was normal. Abdominal CT and chest CT showed no distant metastasis. Since testicular cancer could not be excluded preoperatively,left high orchiectomy was performed. Left testis was almost occupied by the tumor containing cheesy,yellow-white material. Pathological diagnosis was epidermoid cyst of the testis.（Rinsho Hinyokika 60：1015-1017,2006）
