精巣鞘膜から発生した線維性偽腫瘍の1例

Fibrous psuedotumor of the tunica vaginalis testis：A case report

　29歳，男性。右側陰囊内腫瘤にて受診した。精巣腫瘍を否定できなかったため，精巣摘除術を施行した。病理組織検査の結果は精巣鞘膜から発生した線維性偽腫瘍であった。

A 29-year-old man presented with an enlarged palpable nodule in the right hemiscrotum. On examination,a hard nodule,3cm in size was palpated in the right testis and epididymis. The patient underwent surgical exploration which revealed complex multilobular nodular masses of the tunica vaginalis. We carried out rt radical orchiectomy. The pathologic diagnosis of the mass was fibrous psuedotumor of the tunica vaginalis.（Rinsho Hinyokika 60：508-509,2006）
