精巣鞘膜腔内嚢胞

CYST IN CAVUM TUNICA VAGINALIS TESTIS: REPORT OF A CASE

　41歳，左陰嚢内の無痛性腫瘤を主訴に来院した症例で，精索水腫と診断し手術施行したところ，左精巣鞘膜臓側板に連続する嚢胞であつた1例を経験した。自験例の嚢胞は超拇指大で内容に精子を含まず，精巣上体や精巣垂とは別に，精巣固有鞘膜壁側板の内側に存在したので精巣鞘膜腔内嚢胞と診断した。陰嚢内の嚢胞の診断にあたつては手術時嚢胞の解剖学的位置を注意深く確認することが重要と思われた。

A case of cyst seen in the left cavum tunica vaginalis testis was reported. The patient was 14-year-old man, and the operative observation revealed the cyst was located in the cavum tunica vaginalis. The resected cyst measured 25 mm in the greatest dimension and weighted 4 gram. Five cases of cyst in the cavum tunica vaginalis were reported in Japan. We emphasized that anatomical location and size of cyst was important in order to diagnose intrascrotal cyst correctly.
