腫瘤形成を伴った増殖性膀胱炎

A case of proliferative cystitis forming a tumor lesion

　症例は15歳，男性。肉眼的血尿および尿閉を主訴に当科を受診した。膀胱鏡検査にて，膀胱頸部に出血を伴う非乳頭状隆起性病変を認めたため，経尿道的膀胱腫瘍切除術を施行したところ，病理組織学的診断は増殖性膀胱炎であった。増殖性膀胱炎は稀な疾患ではないが，腫瘤を形成するものは比較的稀であり，本症例は本邦42例目にあたる。

A 15-year-old man was admitted to our hospital with clots urinary retention. Cystoscopy revealed a non-pa-pillary bladder tumor at the neck. Transurethral resection was performed and histological examination showed proliferative cystitis. Proliferative cystitis is not so rare,but tumorous formation is unusual and 41 cases have been reported previously in Japan.（Rinsho Hinyokika 60：397-399,2006）
