精索に発生した炎症性偽腫瘍

Inflammatory pseudotumor of the spermatic cord

尿路生殖器に発生する炎症性偽腫瘍は稀な疾患である。われわれはここに精索に発生した炎症性偽腫瘍の1例を報告する。症例は70歳男性，右鼠径部有痛性腫脹を主訴に来院した。右鼠径ヘルニアの診断にて，右鼠径ヘルニア根治術を施行した。術中，右精索腫瘍の合併を認めたため，右高位精巣摘出術を施行した。右精索腫瘍は病理組織学的に炎症細胞を含んだ，粘液様間質に紡錘形細胞の増殖が認められ，炎症性偽腫瘍と診断された。

Inflammatory pseudotumor of the genitourinary tract is rare. Herein,we present a case of inflammatory pseudotumor of the spermatic cord. A 70-year-old man presented with a painful swelling of his right inguinal region. Under the diagnosis of the right inguinal hernia and spermatic cord tumor,he underwent rt inguinal hernioplasty and radical orchiectomy. Microscopic examination revealed fascicular spindle cell proliferation in an oedematous myxoid background with an infiltrate of plasma cells. Pathological diagnosis was inflammatory pseudotumor.
