A 63-year-old man with lung cancer who developed Bowen's disease for six years and multiple verrucous eruptions on palm and sole and pigment fleck on the trunk was reported.

This patient had a chance to treat arsenic acid between 25 and 35 years old for cultivation of persimmons. Arsenic compound was not detected from lung tissue.

Twenty two cases of multiple Bowen's disease associated with internal malignt tumors reported in Japan were reviewed.
