肺癌を合併した多発性ボーエン病の1例

A CASE OF MULTIPLE BOWEN'S DISEASE ASSOCIATED WITH LUNG CANCER

　過去に砒素を取り扱つたことのある患者が肺癌に罹患し，皮膚にはボーエン病が多発し，手掌足蹠には疣贅様皮疹が多数みられた．患者は死亡したが症例報告とともに肺臓組織よりの砒素定量を行なつたので報告する．

A 63-year-old man with lung cancer who developed Bowen's disease for six years and multiple verrucous eruptions on palm and sole and pigment fleck on the trunk was reported.

This patient had a chance to treat arsenic acid between 25 and 35 years old for cultivation of persimmons. Arsenic compound was not detected from lung tissue.

Twenty two cases of multiple Bowen's disease associated with internal malignt tumors reported in Japan were reviewed.
