多発性ボーエン病に生じたボーエン癌の1例

79歳，男性．職業，鳶職．戦時中，台湾の高雄に半年ほど居住歴あり．5年前より手，足，顔面にボーエン病が多発．下腿のボーエン病よりボーエン癌への進展が見られた．放射線照射療法など種々の治療を行うも多臓器転移にて死亡．梅毒反応は陽性．剖検にて右鎖骨上窩リンパ節，両側肺，第1・第2腰椎に転移巣を認めた．腫瘍細胞巣は抗パピローマウイルス抗体にて陰性．腫瘍組織の砒素定量は検出感度以下であった．
