  • Look Inside

A 27-year-old woman, first appeared in our clinic on Aug. 20, 1963, complaining of an itchy eruption of the abdomen of 3 years' du-ration. Examination revealed a typical lesion of Bowen' s disease,16×25mm., on the left up per abdomen and in addition, approximately 260 small verruca-senilis-like papules, ranging in size from a sand to a matchhead, on the neck, trunk and thighs. Histological findings of the papules were shown analogous to those of the peripheral portion of the main lesion which was totally excised by means of rotation flap technique. It was postulated that this case has potency to develop into multiple Bowen's disease.
