Mycobacterium marinum感染による皮膚肉芽腫の1例—付，本邦症例の検討

GRANULOMATOUS LESION OF THE SKIN BY MYCOBACTERIUM MARINUM

　非定型抗酸性菌の1種であるMycobacteriummarinum感染による皮膚病変が欧米においては，1951年よりswimming Pool granulomaあるいはMycobacterium marinum infectionとして報告されているが，本邦においても最近本症報告が相次ぐに至つている．

　筆者らはたまたま本症の1例を経験し，あわせて本邦症例を検討する機会を得，本邦症例においてはその感染機序に独特のもの──熱帯魚よりの感染──があることが判明したのでここに報告したい．
