腋窩にみられたapocrine cystadenoma

APOCRINE CYSTADENOMA IN THE AXILLAR REGION

　Apocrine cystadenomaは単発性の半球状半透明な結節で，通常顔面に好発するといわれる^1）．

　その報告例は著者らのしらべた限りでは比較的少く，しかもその発生部位は頭部および顔面に限られるもののようである．著者らは腋窩に発生した本症を経験したので報告する．

A case of this disease in a 43-year-old man was reported. He found a tumor without a subjective sensation in the right axillar region half a year ago. At his first visit, it was a subcutaneous semispherical tumor, 6 mm. in diameter, which was diagnosed as apocrin cystadenoma from the histological findings and its localization.

No case of this disease in the axilla has not been reported.
