実験的接触アレルギー反応における表皮肥厚の意義

ACANTHOSIS AND ALLERGIC CONTACT DERMATITIS

　標題は厳密に考えると必ずしも単一内容の研究を意味しないが，その点で問題の扱い方に混乱のみられることもあるので，あらかじめ以下の3項目を念頭において考察したいと思う。

1）表皮肥厚部位に加える感作の効果

The authors reported 8 years ago that the contact sensitization on the skin with the experi-mentally induced acanthosis showed stronger reaction to challenge. The fact wos confirmed again by the method of sensitization with 30% DNCB solution.

A more marked acanthosis after the challenge was induced in the group of animals of the single sensitization with 30% DNCB solution than in those of several sensitizations with 1% solution. Many mitosis of the epidermal cells were observed in the allergic contact dermatitis of mouse.

It suggested that acanthosis could not be overlooked as a expression of allergic contact dermatitis.
