　ケラトアカントーム（以下KAと略す）は，自然退縮の可能性はあるとはいえ，Baer　＆　Kopf（1962）^1）も述べているごとく，何らかの治療を行なつた方が望ましい。われわれは，さきに軟レ線^2,3,4）およびブレオマイシン軟膏^4）で加療し，優れた効果をみたことを報告したが，今回55歳男子の鼻翼部に生じた本症に軟レ線照射およびブレオマイシン局注療法を行ない，これまた満足すべき結果をみたので，ここに簡単に追加報告する。

A 55-year-old man found a small papule on the left ala nasi 2 weeks ago. It grew rapidly after incision and became a tumor, 13×13×5 mm in size. A part of the tumor showed a projection in the nasal cavity. Irradiation with Dermopan-St III, ED 300R, twice a week, with total doses of 7 times, GD 2100R-made the skin tumor flat. The tumor on the nasal mucosa grew larger on the contrary. A local injection of 0. 1 ml (0.6mg/ml) of Bleomycin in the tumor induced necrosis of the tumor. It fell off after 2 weeks and cured completely.
